A commissary is the military equivalent of a commercial supermarket. DeCA operates 300 commissaries around the world. Refrigeration Monitoring & Control Systems (RMCS) are used by commissaries and commercial supermarkets to monitor and control refrigeration, HVAC, and lighting systems.
