Design
Engineers
- Denver:
B.S. or
M.S. in
Mechanical
or
Architectural
Engineering
and PE
registration
required.
Minimum
of 7 to 10
years
design
experience.
Successful
candidates
require
proven
capability
in design
project
leadership,
including
fully
developed
technical
capability
in the
design of
HVAC,
plumbing
and
controls
systems
for
buildings.
Our
projects
include
schools,
universities,
commercial,
and
laboratory
buildings.
Our
design
projects
win awards
for their
performance!!
Familiarity
with USBGC
LEED
program
and
experience
with high
performance
building
projects
is a plus.
We
also
provide
design for
energy
improvement
upgrades
in
existing
buildings.
Proven
experience
in
managing
design
projects
is a must

supervision
or
oversight
of staff
and junior
design
engineers
will be a
requirement.

Engineers
- Denver,

B.S.
or M.S. in
Mechanical
or
Architectural
Engineering
or
comparable
Cx
experience
for
non-degreed
applicants.
Successful
candidates
require
fully
developed
technical
and field
background
in
commissioning
and/or
equipment
testing
and
troubleshooting,
including
energy
engineering
and energy
conservation
for
mechanical
building
systems
(HVAC,
plumbing,
temperature
controls).
Knowledge
in field
assessments,
data
trending,
energy
simulation
modeling
and energy
savings
analysis
is
beneficial
for Cx
positions
and
mandatory
for Retro-Cx
positions.
Proven
experience
in
managing
Cx and
RetroCx
projects
is a must
and
supervision
or
oversight
of staff
and junior
Cx
engineers
and
technicians
will be a
requirement.
Staff
Energy
Engineers
-
Denver,
Atlanta
and Irvine:
B.S.
or M.S. in
Mechanical
or
Architectural
Engineering
or
comparable
energy
audit
experience
for
non-degreed
applicants.
Successful
candidates
for energy
positions
require
developed
background
in energy
audits,
field
assessments,
data
trending
and energy
savings
analysis.
Focus
is in
mechanical
building
systems
(HVAC,
lighting,
central
plant,
temperature
controls).
CEM
certification
is a plus
but not a
requirement.
Energy
Analyst -
Irvine:
Utilize
engineering
principles
to analyze
energy use
in
commercial
and
institutional
buildings;
develop
solutions
and find
ways to
conserve
energy.
Prepare
written
analysis
of
findings
and
present
energy
management
plans that
will
provide
proper
environmental
conditions
with cost
effective
energy
utilization
for
commissioning
and
retro-commissioning
projects. Use
energy
modeling/simulation software
such as eQUEST
and DOE.
Require:
Master
degree in
Energy
Management
with
background
in using
energy
modeling/simulation software
such as
eQUEST, DOE
to analyze
energy
usage in
the
building
and
develop
energy
management
plans to
monitor
energy
consumption,
cost and
conservation.
Senior
Energy
Engineers
- Denver, and
Irvine:
B.S.
or M.S. in
Mechanical
or
Architectural
Engineering
or
comparable
energy
experience
for
non-degreed

fully
